Please book your appointment online. For last-minute bookings, you can contact us by email or phone. Please be punctual at the booked time. You do not need to arrive earlier.
The games are not wheelchair accessible. The rooms are not suitable for people with physical disabilities.
If you suffer from claustrophobia, please inform us in advance. People with claustrophobia and epilepsy should not participate in the games "The Forbidden City 1901" and "Kaleidoscope 1963".
The game master will monitor you the whole time. Cameras with microphones are installed in all rooms. There are emergency buttons in all rooms that open all doors immediately.
If you get stuck, the game master will be happy to help you and give you a hint.
It is not necessary to use force or violence to solve the puzzles. What is not easy to use has nothing to do with the game, or you may still be missing a tool.
After the game there will be a short debriefing of your mission and of course a team photo.

Frequently asked questions
A live escape game is an experience, where the players solve puzzles and use mechanisms to either break out of the room in the classic sense or to fulfil a specific mission. The puzzles are usually related to the theme of the game.
The game usually lasts 60 minutes. Interaction among the participants is an important part.
Whether friends, family or colleagues: A Live Escape Game is suitable for everyone who enjoys puzzling, combining and discovering.
Your team should consist of 2 - 6 people.
A certain level of physical fitness and health is required to master the game.
We recommend our rooms for adults and young people from the age of 14. Younger guests are also welcome to participate if accompanied by adults. Prices are the same for all participants regardless of age.

For us, the experience is what counts. Our goal is for you to see the full game. Accordingly, we will support you during the game with hints and, if possible, let you play a little longer.
We have two locations. The first location is right next to Baden train station in the building above Migros opposite the bus station.
Baden can be reached by train from Zurich in 15 minutes.
For those arriving by car, there are plenty of parking spaces in the station parking garage (enter the Migros parking garage from the station parking garage and take the elevator at Bahnhofstrasse 42 to the 1st floor).
Our 2nd location is in the Oederlin Areal, Gewerbehaus Nord, at Landstrasse 2B in Rieden. On-site parking is available for a fee. Otherwise, the Oederlin Areal can be reached in approx. 15-20 minutes on foot, or in 4 minutes by bus from Baden train station.
Enthusiasm, joy of playing, team spirit
You don't need anything else for the game. Mobile phones, bags and other valuables can be left at reception and locked up.
We recommend that you do not wear delicate clothing.
There are no horror elements in our games.
If anyone in your group suffers from claustrophobia, we advise them not to participate.
It may be necessary to stand relatively close together in the room during the game (especially with larger groups).
Insbesondere in den Spielen “Die verbotene Stadt” und «Kaleidoskop» müssen alle Teilnehmenden durch engere Durchgänge kriechen und sich in kleineren Räumen aufhalten.
If you are still unsure, talk to the gamemaster or contact us beforehand. If desired, we can briefly explain to the person suffering from claustrophobia before the game which situations could possibly pose a problem and together look for ways to avoid them.

Erfahrungen haben gezeigt, dass jüngere Kinder (unter 14 Jahren) das Spiel alleine nicht lösen können. In Begleitung Erwachsener dürfen gerne auch jüngere Gäste teilnehmen. Kinder unter 6 Jahren spielen gratis.
Sollte sich die Anzahl eurer Gruppe ändern (min 2 max. 6 Personen), brauchst du uns dies nicht mitzuteilen.
